THE FOOD FEST – FOOD BAZAAR MERCHANTS
REGISTER AND JOIN IN (Discounts are given to early registrants)
The Food Fest Part will feature a wide array of food choices for food lovers to explore like Filipino, Chinese, Korean, American, and European food. It will give Filipino Entrepreneurs and SMEs looking for new ideas in Food Business and Franchises available and will be offered by participating Franchising Companies in the Food Fest.
The bazaar space will have an area of 2m X 2m and is inclusive of table, tent, and lights. For Cooking, only LPG is allowed. Charcoal for Barbecue, the use of electricity for cooking is not allowed.
Bazaar Space Fee for One Stage (3 days) is P1,500 per day or P4,500.00 for 3 days.
Merchants may choose reserve:
a. One stage (3 days)
b. Two stages (6 days),
c. Three stages (9 days),
d. All Four stages (12 days).
Reservation is Non-refundable. Reservation is open starting May 15, 2023.
Early Bird Reservations will be given 20% discounts on reservations:
One Stage Regular Reservation is P1,500.00 (Discounted 20% is P1,200.00) total Bazaar Space Fee is P4,500.00 Balance for Early Birds is P2,400.00
Two Stages Reservation is P3,000.00 (Discounted 20% is P2,400) total Bazaar Space Fee is P9,000.00, Balance for Early Birds is P4,800.
Three Stages Reservation is P4,500.00 (Discounted 20% P3,600) total Bazaar Space Fee is P13,500.00, Balance for Early Birds is P7,200.00
Four Stages Reservation is P5,500.00 (Discounted 20% P4,400.00) total Bazaar Space Fee is P18,000.00 Balance for Early Birds is P8,800.00
THE FOOD FEST – FRANCHISE FOOD BUSINESS
Companies offering franchises may use the Bazaar Space to promote their Franchise. But only one business franchise can be used for every Bazaar Space. Multiple Franchise Offering in one Bazaar Space of different companies is not allowed.
Those offering franchises must also sell actual products in the Bazaar Space so entrepreneurs scouting for franchise business may have a taste and they can also observe the actual operation of the franchise. There will be a seminar room for companies offering franchises to interested visitors and guests. Seminar room at least good for 20 people on 3 hours shifts P5,000 available.
Full payment should be made on August 15,2023
Registration of participating merchants will be on a first-come first serve basis.
Ingress of Merchants will be on August 31 whole day. Egress will be on October 1 in the morning.
Merchants and their staff may pitch tents in Campers Delight at a discount or get hotel accommodation in nearby resorts.
