Woodland Holiday & Leisure Park will be developed on more or less 4 hectares of real estate property in the tourist belt area of Sampaloc, Tanay, Rizal under 25 years Lease Agreement between the landowner and a new real estate development partner arranged by Pimco Business Solutions Co. as the Project Manager and Coordinating Arranger.
Woodland will offer holiday and leisure facilities and outdoor adventure to local and foreign tourists visiting the Tourist Capital of Tanay, Rizal - Barangay Sampaloc which is an upland or mountainous Barangay with year-round cool weather.
The main feature will be the Glamping/Camping sites that will offer convenience to friends, couples, and families with their children with the availability of electricity, water, bathroom with showers, and toilets. Outdoor activities will include, hiking, trekking, and mountaineering in the mountains and forests around the Woodland. Sports and games such as Trail Running, Paintball war games, Horseback riding, ATV, Archery, and Firing range.
There will be stages in the development starting with the landscaping and building of basic facilities for outdoor adventure such as the multi-purpose covered ground, baths, toilets, seminar/workshop room, view deck, playground, walking/running trail, camping ground, forested park with benches, and Outdoor Food Bazaar and weekend market.
To promote Woodland Park, an event will be held in September called Woodland Music, Art, and Food Fest. Woodland MAFF 2023.
