WIMM is a business group under Pimco Business Solutions Co. which is organized by the company to engage in the design, development, management, and administration of outdoor event venues under a brand Woodland Holiday & Leisure Park in a partnership or joint venture with landowners. It will be engaged in event production such as food, arts, and music fest; trade exhibits; exposition; seminars, and conferences. It provides media, marketing, and promotional services to business and institutional organizations.
In line with the principles and objectives WIMM at this stage has two major activities:
1. First: It enters into agreements and partnerships with landowners in different places in the Philippines for the design, and development of a natural park called “Woodland Park” in strategic towns, cities, and provinces starting in Tanay and Province of Rizal as well as the subdivision of big lands for leasing, renting, and sale of the properties.
2. Woodland Holiday & Leisure Park or "Woodland Park" will be the official venue for the Event Production of WIMM in a particular town, city or municipality like the first one under development and promotion in Tanay.
3. Woodland Park as a brand for Outdoor Venue will be “franchised” to landowners wishing to make their land productive which will have for its regular features the following:
a. Nature’s Trail – good for strolling, walking, jogging, and running within the land.
b. Campers Delight will be a Camping/Glamping and Picnic Ground for those either staying the whole day, overnight, or weekend for outdoor fun and enjoyment of family, friends, and partners. WIMM shall provide a tent and picnic matting for rental use.
c. Benches under the trees will be built all around for the use of visitors in the park on dates or just enjoying the sceneries and facilities of the Park.
d. Food Bazaar will provide visitors of the Park with a wide array of choices for visitors with a Multi-Purpose Hall that can serve the need of dine-in customers. Also, tables with Umbrellas will be provided.
e. For Nature Scenery lovers, a view deck will be provided to have a better view of the surroundings. The View Deck will also serve as a stage for musical plays, live bands, and singers whenever there are events that include music. The area around the View Deck/Stage will serve as the Outdoor Musical Concert Ground.
f. Team building facilities for games will be built.
4. Second: It produces its own events to be held in the same venue.
The first Woodland Holiday & Leisure Park is a natural gem nestled in the Tourist Belt area of Sampaloc, Tanay, overlooking the Sierra Madre mountain ranges and the Laguna Lake. It is a place where it is easy to relax in nature, a place where men’s spirits can be renewed and refreshed, and a place where people can slow their pace and connect with friends and family.
Woodland Park will provide excellent hospitality with our many facilities as given above and will be a great weekend destination place, in all seasons. Some of our facilities include cabins, RV spaces with full hook-ups, a dining hall, a large outdoor pavilion, and much more! During the summer time, it will hold various camps for ages the young. It will welcome families, day use, weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and anniversary celebrations.
